To celebrate the firm’s annual retreat and the Laviale Group’s 50th anniversary, the entire firm gathered at the Club Med in La Palmyre from June 4 to 6 for a few days focused on team building and camaraderie.
To bring the teams closer together, the first afternoon was entirely devoted to an activity called “Koh-Lanta”, featuring physical challenges, strategy, and lots of laughter. After this fun-filled time, the day ended with a lively evening at the Club—the perfect way to kick off the festivities.
The next morning featured a conference, where Cécile Laviale, Éric Rollin, Maud Laviale, Michel Deudon, and Cédric Lodde took the floor to provide an update on the firm’s current status and outline future prospects. A highlight of the morning was the speech by Françoise Laviale, wife of the group’s founder, Serge Laviale.
The afternoon was devoted to relaxation and exploring the region. On the agenda: a bike ride through the pine forest to the majestic Coubre Lighthouse. On the way back, employees enjoyed a convivial moment together over an unmissable tasting of local oysters.
To bring the weekend to a spectacular close, there was a grand “50th Anniversary” gala featuring cocktails and music… After speeches by Éric Messina and Jean-Pierre Moisset, the evening continued on the dance floor. Everyone enjoyed themselves, celebrated, and danced to wrap up the trip.
