The transparency report

The Laviale Group has developed a genuine partnership with its clients, focusing on proximity, attentiveness and the pursuit of efficiency.

This is reflected in a continuous process of improving the quality and relevance of its assignments, in compliance with the ethical obligations specific to the role of statutory auditor. In accordance with Article R823-21 of the French Commercial Code, statutory auditors appointed to persons or entities that issue securities to the public or to credit institutions publish a transparency report on their website within three months of the end of the financial year.

The purpose of this report is to provide all interested parties with the information necessary to understand the organisation of the Laviale Group, which carries out audit assignments for public interest entities.
